Provincial Grand Lodge of Suffolk

The Suffolk Provincial Benevolent Fund was established in December 2020. Its aim is to provide financial assistance to Freemasons, their spouses/partners, and their dependants in times of emergency.

Funding will be considered where grant assistance from the MCF is not available because the circumstances are:

• Outside MCF Policy
• Support is needed more quickly than MCF grant review procedure will allow.

Applications should be made to the PGA by the Lodge Almoner. All approaches will be reviewed by the PGA and the PGM. Their decision will be final.

Details of the applicant(s), the circumstances & need, their financial income details, any savings/assets, and any additional information. If the Lodge has supported the applicant from their Almoners fund, this will be viewed positively.
